Open enrollment for 2016, has ended. The next open enrollment period should begin Nov 1 2016 - Jan 31 2017,
At this time you will be able to select your health insurance plan(s) for the 2017 calendar year.
Failure to have healthcare coverage for a full 12-month period, you will be assessed a penalty when you
file your yearly income taxes.

Penalty Fees – Income Taxes Filed for 2016
The fees are as follows:
$695 for each adult and $347.50 child,
but not more than $2,085 per family
- Or 2.5% of your family's yearly taxable income, whichever is greater.
Penalty Fees – Income Taxes Filed for 2015
The fees are as follows:
$325 for each adult and $162.50 for each child,
but not more than $975 total per family
Or 2% of your family’s yearly taxable income, whichever is greater.
Penalty Fees – Income Taxes Filed For 2014
The fees are as follows:
$95 for each adult and $47.50 for each child,
but not more than $285 total per family
Or 1% of your family’s yearly taxable income, whichever is greater.
