NOTICE
The annual Open Enrollment period for plan year 2018 is between November 1, 2017 and December 15, 2017. This is a change from previous years. Consumers must complete their plan selections by December 15 for their health coverage to become effective on January 1. There are no opportunities to make an Open Enrollment plan selection after December 15.
